Upload the file to your Internet storage

1. Connect to the server with your secure file transfer program.
   • WinSCP for Windows login
   • Fugu for the Mac login (PDF file: see pages 2 & 3)
   • For the Student server:
     • Connect to host name:  student.santarosa.edu
     • Enter your User Name and Password
2. Both WinSCP and Fugu display your computer on the left and your web folder on the right:
   • WinSCP's "Norton Commander" screen
   • Fugu's connection screen
3. On the left side, browse to the folder on your computer with your source files.
• For example: My Documents \ My Pictures \ Sample Pictures
4. On the right side, browse to your web home folder .
   • For the Student server, open: public_html
5. Create a subfolder in your web space.
• For example:  pictures
6. Open the subfolder in a window.
7. To transfer a file to the subfolder, drag and drop from your computer on the left to your web folder on the right.
