    the will page gives a nice neat list of all the basic elements required in a will.
  4. NOLO Self-Help Law Center:  Provides do-it-yourself guidance covering wills, living trusts,
    estate taxes, executors and funeral plannning. Comprehensive and detailed.
  5. Smartmoney Quick Guide to Estate Planning:  Has an excellent estate planning section starting
