I'm pretty sure you haven't been able to trust all of your past landlords and landladies. For I've known you for 10 years, and you haven't trusted all of the landlords you've had during that time. So if you ask me, you won't be able to trust your new landlady. Because you haven't been able to trust all of your past landlords and landladies.
