If you ask me, I won't be able to trust my new landlady when she asks me to sign the lease. Think about it. I haven't been able to trust all of my past landlords and landladies. And if I won't be able to trust my new landlady, then I shouldn't sign a lease agreeing to let her choose the person who mediates any disputes between us. And so I think shouldn't.
