COURSE DESCRIPTION:

An introductory course in the management principles and techniques of forests and other wildland resources as related to the needs of society for wood, water, forage, and recreation and wilderness. Emphasis on general principles and contemporary issues affecting the management of the nation's renewable natural resources.
