CS 74.11 Introduction to Digital Media- Spring 2016
This class provides an essential foundation in digital media software. Using industry standard photographic editing, web design, animation and presentation software, students will create an electronic portfolio that includes text, graphics, animation, video, and sound. This class is required for all Digital Media certificates including audio, video, game design, web multimedia.

Book: Introduction to Digital Media by Jeffrey Diamond (ISBN: 1515332780)
- Software: The following software will be used during this class: Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Flash, Premiere and Dreamweaver. You will need to create a subscription through the Creative Cloud ($19.99 per month), or use either the Santa Rosa or Petaluma computer labs.
- Other required materials: Access to digital camera, flash drive
